> Applicants should be a graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
> Work experience of 12 to 15 years is required.
> Minimum 5 years of experience should be in a similar position.
> Should be experience in managing high rise projects independently in a contracting company.
> Able to manage commencement to completion for the simultaneous execution of one or more projects.
> Should have managed a working team consisting 500+ people.
> Should have minimum built up area of 200000+ sq feet / year.
> Able to timely deliver high standards of Safety / Quality and within budget.
