Qualification Requirements:

= A law degree

= Law practice of at least seven years.

= Experience of at least four years in Qatar.

= Extensive experience in procuring legal consultancy to top level management

= English and Arabic fluency (oral and written) a must(Any Nationality)

Job Responsibilities:

= Manage internal and legal resources as required.

= Provide proactive legal advice to Senior Management – particularly for Finance & HR

= Supervise, research and analyze implication of case law, legislation and regulatory matters that affect the company

= Monitor the compliance of company activities of local laws and procure report to Senior Management

= Assist the company in processing business compliance to prevailing laws

= Represent the company in efficient in handling and winning resolutions of negotiations and disputes
