Job Description:
Our Client, one of the regional upstream Oil and Gas Company, is looking for a highly competent professional to work as Training Coordinator for Operations and add value to an already highly successful team, you will be familiar with best practice methodologies and have an appetite for managing high quality people, processes and situations to ensure total excellence Job Description: The primary purpose of the job is to co-ordinate operations and training
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives.
• Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
• Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Job Requirement:
• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Self motivated, resourceful, reliable and a strong team player
• Good interpersonal skills, Good written and verbal communication skills
