JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

• To be able to process Customers request and process.
• Have the ability to work easily and effectively with all main GDS systems namely Sabre, Amadeus, World Span, and Galileo. 
• Serve clients with utmost degrees of transparency, thoughtfulness and sense of client care.
• Follow up with clients after the delivery of service and maintain, at all the times, good and open contact and communications with clients.
• To achieve monthly sales targets and increase company profit portfolio.
• Have a general understanding of the Tours & Holidays market along with the Reservation and booking systems used therein.
• Be able to market Holiday products and packages to the clients.
• Provide information and suggestions to the clients on the best destinations for travel, tour packages, accommodation and transportation.
• Liaise with hotels to provide best possible deals to clients.
• Work with clients to prepare their travel plans.
• Notify clients for their bookings and days of travel in advance.
• The applicants shall at least have a minimum of 3 years working experience with GDS systems.
• Education required, Diploma for Saudi National & Bachelor for Non-Saudi National.
