Qualification Requirements:

*Must have a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration (or must have Executive Secretarial skills). 

*6-8 years of experience from a well established organization.

*Be able to handle appointments,coordinate meetings for the Director,make arrangements for visa & tickets. 

*Must be a computer literate.

*Good communication skills.
