JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

*Applicant should have minimum 3 years of experience for commercial and industrial waterproofing (Bahrain/ GCC).

Responsibilities:

-Achievement of divisional level business targets for revenue and respective margins by leading the business development and execution of all projects and works in the division.

-Formulates business and market competitive strategies.

-Develops Annual Plan and Budget for Waterproofing, company tendering processes and procedures.

-Liaising with the consultants and negotiations with the subcontractors or suppliers.
