JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

•Previous or current work as a Catering Supervisor or equivalent post.

•Can handle camp catering operations with minimum occupancy of 500 personnel.

•Knowledge in costing and preparation of management control reports (food cost, laundry and housekeeping cost, etc). 

•knowledge in computer operations and basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

•Basic knowledge of Food Safety Management System (ISO or HACCP)

•Age: maximum 45 years.

•Very good command of English language.

•Valid Saudi Driver’s license and Transferable Iqama.
