The Arabic Hospitality Group is seeking an operations manager to oversee the work, development and growth of one of Saudi Arabia’s Easter Province’s most respected foodservice companies. Working with both Fillfilah Restaurants, one of the region’s predominant quick-service venues, and Fillfilah Catering, one of the Eastern Province’s most respected events catering and managed foodservice providers, the operations manager will coach and monitor all company team members. It’s an exciting opportunity to head a team at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s foodservice industry.
Tasked with ensuring all AHG team members have the skills and materials necessary to achieve financial targets and grow the company as a whole, operations manager applicants must have the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and a large team.

Job Requirements:

* A minimum of a bachelors degree – a hospitality management education is preferred.
* Three to five years prior experience managing a quick-service restaurant/catering team, with demonstrated experience overseeing 10-plus person upper management teams.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring that key financial goals are met.
* A knowledge of the latest technological systems for book-keeping, database creation, sales reporting, data storage, etc..
* The ability to read and write in both Arabic and English.
