Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, 
Technology or related field.

• Experience in working with Oracle applications 
analysis is preferred.

• Minimum five years work experience in business 
system analysis.

• Proven ability to develop, document and maintain 
operational policies and procedure, including the 
designing and documenting detailed process flows, and 
the development of operational performance and quality 
metric standards and reports.

• Being bilingual with good command of 
Arabic/English is an advantage.
