A well reputed facilities management company in Dubai is looking to recruit suitable candidates for the post of Facility Management Executive. Applicants should be a Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical or similar discipline. Candidates who are below 35 years only are considered. Work experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar position with an infrastructure or facilities management company is required. 

Key responsibilities to be performed by this post are 

> Co - ordinate engineering centre services including managing the the MEP work,

> Order flow and co-ordinate tenant services,

> Follow up and monitor all permit requests, specialist sub-contractors to ensure proper work activity schedules are maintained,

> Ensure system integrity is maintained across all systems and infrastructure through effective control of permitting, system access and schedule management,

> Client management and client security as related to MEP works and systems,

> Provides reports to the facilities manager on a daily / weekly / monthly basis on improved services,

> Participate in emergency, first aid and HSE meetings.
