1- Job title: presales engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Making presentations and demonstrations of ERP application.

 

·         Conducts a gap analyses to assess the customers unmet needs from the system and recommends solutions to meet the gaps.

 

·         Coordinate closely with technical team to ensure client requirements are met

 

·         Coordinate with customer technical staff to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”

 

·         Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.

 

·         Provides coaching and professional development to Sales team member

 

·         Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced

 

·         Participating in R&D meetings to suggest new products and service opportunities, or customizations required based on discussions with existing or new clients.

 

·         Preparing a variety of status, forecasting and analytical reports.Covering all sales phases or Cycle.

 

·         Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows,and telemarketing events.

2- Job title: Sales Rep

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Creating new sales opportunities and channel's agreements.

 

·         Selling business solutions (ERP, Real estate, POS, Contracting, Car Rental).

 

·         Recommending the best fit Hardware and communication methodology for the customer mainly those including branches and/or sister companies.

 

·         Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closing,follow-up, and adherence to goals.

 

·         Establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships.

 

·         Covering all sales phases or steps including:-

 

- Cold calls and generating leads.

- Customer qualification process.

- Technical, financial and competition issues.

- Data gathering and demo simulation process.

- Gap analysis process.

- Proposal process.

- Pricing negotiation and closing process

 

·         Travel to areas where needs are projected.

 

·         Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.

 

·         Help customers maximize the use of software features and Advise on appropriate user training.
