A leading Middle East based financial institution urgently requires a Head of Credit Cards to join its dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related field.
> Retail banking experience of minimum 8 years is needed.
>Â Minimum 3 years experience in heading the related department, ideally in a bank in the GCC.
>Â Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is essential.
> Need thorough exposure in credit cards in the region and customer loyalty.
> Should possess good general knowledge of various banking operations and banking products/instruments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
>Â Develop the bank’s card business as one of the most profitable segments by increasing non-funds based revenue stream.
>Â Exercise efficient operations control and adhere to risk management policies and guidelines.
>Â Achieve an increase in the credit card usage and portfolio through various usage-based schemes for credit cards.
>Â Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor credit card strategy in order to gain and sustain the bank’s competitive edge and results.
>Â Increase POS merchant turnover by launching various promotional schemes and achieve merchant sales volume.
