A leading Middle East based bank urgently requires an Elite Banking Manager to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a university degree holder.
> Preference to applicants possessing MBA with Banking and Finance.
> Corporate/ Private Banking experience of minimum 10 years in a leading Regional/ International institution in the GCC is needed.
> 3 years of experience should be in a managerial position.
> Need good sales and relationship management skills.
> Should be fluent in English and Arabic communication.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
>Â Monitor the sales and business development performance and ensure proper service standards.
>Â Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and compliance guidelines.
> Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve stated budget.
>Â Provide support to sales teams with respect to sales and relationship management efforts.
>Â Develop sales strategy and training programmes for the team to achieve targets.
