JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

*Applicant must have a Diploma in Business Administration/ Equivalent.

*6-8 years of experience from well established organization.

*Must be a computer literate.

*Good communication skills.

Job Duties: 

-Provide secretarial support to maintain efficient workflow in the Director's office.

-Confidentially maintain efficient filing system.

-Handle the appointments.

-Coordinate meetings for the Director.

-Make arrangements for visa & tickets.
