Job Description:

Required for property maintenance department.

Key responsibilities :

manage the construction, operations, or maintenance activities for various properties

provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs.

Inspect project sites to monitor progress

ensure conformance to design specifications, estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

Age: Between 28-35 years.

Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Electro Mechanical.

Good in AutoCAD.
