Job Description:
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. To supervise the subordinates to ensure that the Department procedures, processes and the HSE management system are adhered to and implemented. 2. To direct and assist the Contracts Engineers in developing contracts, consultancy, Change Orders and Claims. 3. To prepare respective manpower requirement and movement, Budget and Five Year business plan in line with the company’s directives. 4. To review and ensure the implementation of the staff training needs and respective plan with emphasis on the professional development of UAE nationals in line with the career plan.
Profile:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. At least 10 years experience in Contracts Management. 2. Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering qualification preferably with a Membership from a professional body.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
