Applicant must be responsible for preparing special meals or substitute items, ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish, as well as, maintaining food logs, monitoring the quality and quantity of food that is prepared, communicating assistance needed during busy periods and informing Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
Requirement:
*Applicant must have excellent skills in the same field.
*Previous experience preferred.
