Required for a leading water treatment and distribution company in Riyadh-Saudi. 

Requirement:
•Master or Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
•Experience with Project management, proposal preparation, tendering, BOT.
•Knowledge in Design, codes, estimation and tech. submittals training and development, and evaluation skills.
•Knowledge and skills in Computer.
•Fluent in English language (writing and speaking). 
•Excellent in ERP automated operation & maintenance program.
•Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in KSA.
