Description
• Arranges training session by receiving and processing requests; notifying trainers; sending
notifications to participants; maintaining training schedule.
• Arranges training and support requirements by reserving rooms; establishing room set-up; ordering
audio-visual equipment, training aids, and supplies; contracting for lunch, and refreshments;
researching and preparing purchase requisitions.
• Welcomes trainees by greeting and directing them; answering questions.
• Obtains trainee evaluations by initiating, distributing, and collecting evaluation forms from
supervisors.
• Maintains training administration database by verifying and inputting data.
• Maintains training budget by entering and tracking expenses; preparing reports.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
