QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Advanced university degree (masters or Ph. D.) in public management, social sciences or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 10 years experience in the field of public administration and/or development, inchidiñg a minimum of 5 years experience in managing complex projects related to
youth development.

• Previous experience in international development projects related to youth.

• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in the use of personal computers especially Microsoft office tools.
