Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration specializing in HR from reputed University.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate Development / Construction field will be given preference.
• Minimum seven to ten years of experience in similar position.
• Ability to use all Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel & Project.
• Excellent interpersonal skills which includes influencing, facilitation, negotiation and conflict solving capabilities.
• Must have strong project and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions
• Ability to read, write and speak English, knowledge of Arabic is essential.
• Have the ability to interact with all levels of employees is essential.
• Saudi nationals preferred. Expatriates must have transferable iqama.
