Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with him developing the office and implementing company policies and procedures. You will manage and participate in the day to day office administration and secretarial duties including but not be restricted to :
efficient and accurate handling of office business, cash in flow, out flow, staff traveling arrangements, assisting in preparation of bids and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures , typing , copying, filing, storage and retrieval, supervise and undertake authorized local purchases and errands.
This position requires
- a self motivated professional with previous experience in office administration.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with strong command of English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent secretarial skills, good knowledge of basic accountancy / book keeping skills, fully computer literate and able to follow tight deadlines in a fast moving environment.
