Our client seeks Executive Secretaries / PA with excellent office management and administrative skills. Core duties will involve extensive diary management, meeting co-ordination and travel arrangements. Proficiency in word, excel and power point are essential. A pleasing personality with excellent communication skills, highly adaptable approach and having five to six years UAE experience.
