Job Description Human Resources Manager, Bahrain
Our client, a financial investment institution is looking for a Human Resources Manager. The position is based in Bahrain and the successful candidate will report to the Group Head of HR.
Responsibilities:
• Advice and guidance on employment issues in line with company policies.
• Management of dismissals, disciplinary proceedings, grievances and attendance.
• Overlook recruitment assist with job descriptions, screening, interviews and placements.
• Conduct a training needs analysis in order to design appropriate training and career development programmes.
• Advise on an incentive pay structure linked to employee performance appraisal and manage the employee pensions scheme.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Human Resources Management; MBA in HR or equivalent.
• At least 5 years managerial experience in HR in a reputed financial institution in the GCC.
• In the age group of 35 years, you will have contributed significantly to the development of your employer’s HR philosophy and culture, in continuously benchmarking with industry best practices.
