> Completion of secondary technical education (12 years), or equivalent.
> Should have three to four years experience in general administration area.
> Candidate should be computer literate with full knowledge and experience with MS Office.
> Typing speed should be minimum 40 wpm.
Role:
> To work as an active project team member for all Management Development Events.
> To provide assistance as required by CCDA, in support of other HQ L&D Departments including up keep of the monthly L&D Balance score Card.
> Assist on weekly HR Team Leader Meetings taking minutes and circulating details as required.
> To manage the inventory - full responsibility of the management development equipment inventory, including co-ordination of procurement, storage, transport and stock maintenance.
> Organize all one-one management coaching sessions booking flights, transport and accommodation as required.
