Job Description:

A logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking to hire an IT Support Officer to join 
their team in Dubai.

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of Exceed Warehouse Management System by ensuring that all application databases, interface and portal servers are working perfectly. You will support exceed software and portal systems for all the available customer locations, as well as serve as database administrator for developing SQL Queries and generate crystal reports. You will have to manage database application using stored procedures and manage the fine tuning of the systems periodically for optimal performance. In addition, you will be responsible for the warehouse management system (Stock/Exceed plus) and database administration using SQL Query.

To qualify, the incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, with two to six years of experience in providing IT application support and integration, the ability to influence others to achieve results and work in a high-pressure environment. Experience in report design using Crystal Reports/PowerBuilder is a must for this role. Candidates who can join immediately would be given preference.

Salary: Circa AED 7,000/- + Annual Benefits
