IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED FOR A TELECOMMUNICATION SECTOR IN U.A.E.
Qualifications
Demonstrates proficiency relating to Civil Construction/Building Maintenance tasks in the assigned sites as per the client's procedures, practices & quality standards.
Provides continuous site supervision & checks the quantity, quality and work.
Liaises with Municipal Officers and Town Planners to obtain building permits, land acquisitions and clearances.
Controls the issue and utilization of construction/maintenance stores, spares, mechanical aids and other resources.
Supervises and controls the day-to-day functions and ensures effective deployment & utilization of various tradesmen (Carpenters, Masons etc).
Ensures safe, secure and orderly site management.
The candidate should hold the Degree of Bachelors of Civil Engineering.
Age should not be more than 40 years.
A valid U.A.E. Driving License would be an added advantage.
