JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should posssess a Bachelors Degree in Geology or equivalent.
> Work experience of minimum 8 years in Petroleum Geology is needed.
> Work experience should include at least 4 year in carbonate reservoir geology.
> Should be familiar with complex structural geology, carbonate sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy.�
> Should possess strong skills in geomodeling softwares.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Assists in integrating geological study findings with other studies undertaken by the assigned team.�
> Provides advice to other team members on reservoir geology aspects of the study.�
> Directs and participates in geological activities in Ra-Sn Fields.
> Act as a source of guidance to less experienced reservoir geologist.�
> Monitors the interpretation of all available geological data for improving the geological models of producing and/or undeveloped/potential reservoirs.�
> Develops, directs and participates in geological reservoir studies aimed at constructing and improving geological 3D static models.
> Prepare geological requirements and geological predictions of future appraisal and development wells like SCAL data and petrophysical data.�
> Produce appropriate upscaled model for reservoir simulation.
> Participates in the preparation of reservoir appraisal sheets.�
> Reviewing and evaluating test results.�
> Carries out technical audits of work performed by consultants or contractors.
> Calculate volumetrics of hydrocarbon in place with uncertainties.�
> Participates in contracting activities related to reservoir geology special field testing.
