Job Purpose:
o Perceive and analyze business requirements, ensuring user satisfaction.
o Support the stability of the customer care and billing system, with excellent understanding of Rating, Interconnect and Roaming implementation.
o Ensure end-user satisfaction and new requirements are correctly accommodated in the system.
o Analyze and resolve systems problems.
o Transform user requirements into detailed functional and technical design.
Qualification:
o Bachelor of Science degree in a computer related discipline.
o Minimum of 7 years experience in all areas of IT & Billing.
o Excellent written and oral English skills.
o Excellent understanding of the Billing systems and application.
o Relational database.
o Good System analysis and design, good knowledge of formal analysis and design methodologies is a plus.
o Thorough knowledge of Rating, Interconnect and Roaming (BSCS Version 6.0 and above).
o Good knowledge of mediation modules to collect usage files for Network components and TAP files for GSM roaming partners.
