Our client, a highly successful insurance company in Saudi Arabia, has an opportunity for a CFO to join their organization.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manages the core financial functions: accounting, controlling, treasury, risk controlling, and internal reporting.
* Creates, coordinates & evaluates the financial programs & supports the information systems of AzSF.
* Manages the processes and systems for formulating and evaluating business strategies / performance including planning, forecasting and budgeting, advanced analysis of financial data and segment / customer profitability.
* Plays a key role in preparing the annual strategic dialogue and pre-planning dialogue. Leads, motivates & develops the finance team to ensure that the right level of service & support is provided to the business.
�Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum seven to ten years of experience in a senior level finance or accounting position.
* Proven in-depth know-how of finance best practices & CPA/CFA. Knowledge of local insurance accounting principles.
* Practices & legal requirements.
* Age: thirty to forty years old.
* Arabic & English skills, oral & written.
* Insurance background is a plus.
* MBA, CPA or CFA studies.
*Strong knowledge of IFRS.
