OPERATIONS MANAGER
A leading Catering and Support Services Company is looking for professional Catering Staff, with prior experience in KM and/or GCC.
Qualifications
• Hotel / Catering graduate with minimum 10 years experience In a large Catering & Support Services company handling key accounts clients among Oil and Gas / B & I segment.
• Experienced with full facilities management. Prior experience in a similar position in KSA / GCC is mandatory.
• Experienced In FM costing, Cost control.
• Excellent Leadership. Team player, Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Fluency In Arabic and on Asian language will be a plus.
• Holding advanced Food hygiene / HACCP certifications.
