Responsibilities
Must have at least Five years experience in computers and peripheral hardware servicing (from board to component level). Software installation support and Networking. Must have at least 5 years experience in the field of electronics especially electronic circuit such as monitor, power supply and printer troubleshooting and repair. Should have solid background in Network operating systems such as Novell Netware, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, OS/2 and UNIX. Must be familiar with TCP/IP networks and with a multi-platform network environment. Should have a solid background in Microsoft products and other popular software packages. Must have experience in handling support staffs and in running a workshop. Experience in using the Internet productively and supporting Internet clients.

University degree or equivalent Certification: MCSE, CCNA Language: Fluent in Arabic and English Experience: Minimum Five years in installation, operation and maintenance of computers and accessories. Delivery of personal devices on networks. Recovery systems for the operation of personal computers and all peripheral devices (printers, scanners etc.). Installation and operation of software for personal computers. Provide necessary technical support to users.
