Training Manager, Saudi Arabia
Our client, a large International provider of professional services to the energy, resource, and complex processes industries is currently seeking a Corporate Training Manager to join their dynamic Team in Al Khobar KSA. The ideal Candidate must have ‘corporate’ training module material in his background and will be responsible for managing the delivery of training and development programs.
Responsibilities:
• Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers.
• Design and develop training and development programs based on both the company and the individuals needs.
• Produce training materials for in-house courses and devise a training strategy for the organization.
• Assess the return on investment of any training or development programs.
• Consider the costs of planned programs keeping within budgets.
Requirements:
• At least 10 years experience in organizational training and development of which at least 5 years hands-on training experience as a manager is a must.
• Should have a corporate training experience from multiple companies, ASTD membership and organizational development experience.
• BA/MA Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Must have excellent English skills and gravitas.
