PLANT MANAGER REQUIRED
A well reputed Co. owned a factory for manufacturing Switch Gear Electrical Boards & Panels seeking for a post of plant manager.
With the following qualifications:
• B.S. degree in electrical engineering. From well known university.
• Have at least (15) years experience as plant manager, at least five of it in same position preferable in Kuwait or in Gulf area.
• Applicant require to have the below mentioned knowledge essential:
a. Good leadership skills.
b. Excellent knowledge in relevant industry.
• Ability to attain a new business.
• 5. Negotiation skills in order to deal with clients & GOV.
