Head of CRM
Our client, is a multi billion dollar international conglomerate, headquartered in Dubai with a portfolio consisting of Property Development, Industrial Catering & Food chains, Investments & Trading is looking for a Head of CRM to join their dynamic construction team in Egypt. The position is based in Cairo and though our client is primarily looking for Egyptian candidates located anywhere globally, but is also open to considering competent candidates of any other nationality too.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all customer interfaces after the sale is made.
• Build new relationships with senior managers within client organizations.
• Grow the client relationship in terms of revenue generated and account profitability.
• Provide internal teams with appropriate insight into client’s strategic business initiatives.
• Establish, implement and maintain the CRM systems to ensure updated customer information.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of Customer Relationship Management experience in a construction firm in the Middle East, ideally Egypt.
