Employee Benefits Business Development Manager, UAE


Our client, a global insurance company is seeking highly qualified Employee Benefits Business Development Manager to join their management team in UAE.



Responsibilities:



• Identify and maintain a list of strategic corporate prospects in each territory.
• Highlight the area of improvement and anticipate changes in the environment.
• Define the strategic selling plan and negotiate the best risk premium from the underwriting department.
• Analyze employee benefits requirements along with the customer and design the most appropriate insurance solution.
• Monitor the profitability of key corporate account and proactively suggest corrective measures to clients before year-end.



Requirements:



• University Degree in Banking and Finance, ideally a professional qualification in Insurance.
• At least 7 years in Business Development Healthcare and Health Underwriting in an insurance institution in the GCC.
• Very good knowledge of international private medical insurance, as well as employee assistance program and group life insurance.
