JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should possess a bachelors or masters degree in Hospitality, catering or similar field.
> Work experience of 8 to 10 years in the same position is needed.
> Applicants should possess a successful and proven track record in the food and beverage industry.
> Applicants should be a dynamic go getter personality.
> Willing to travel extensively throughout the region and Indian Sub continent.
> Work closely with vendors and suppliers.�
> Responsible for all parts of the company's operations including the franchising aspects of the business and operations.
> Should be able to budget, plan and control the financial needs of the company.
> Skills in Arabic language will be an advantage.
> Implement and maintain international best practices.
> Able to direct, plan, and coordinate to ensure efficiency in the company.
> Need ability to work with people on all levels of the employment hierarchy at the company and to fully understand all aspects of the company and its operations.
> Reporting to staff members at the executive level.
> Should possess sound knowledge of local and regional laws, policies, and municipality regulations.
> Should be an effective negotiator with an eye for reducing costs and ensuring integrity of production, service and maintain productivity levels.
