A leading financial institution requires a Head of IT Support and Operations to join its team in Qatar in order to provide leadership and support internationally.�
Job Responsibilities:�
• Staff Management, training, support and leadership.�
• Manage multiple projects, change management, business planning, and contract and procurement management.�
• Manage Risk and Disaster recovery.�
• Provide leadership and management of the IT support and operations departments.�
Qualification Requirements:�
• Experience in infrastructure project that involve setting up IT in remote locations, servers, communications, networks, peripherals, and wide range of applications.�
• English Language is a must, Arabic Language is highly required.�
• Certifications in management are plus (PMP, ITIL, etc.).
• Experience in managing multiple projects and multiple departments with minimum of twenty staff members, ideally in a financial institution in the GCC.�
• Knowledge of Service management, Project management, Change management, business planning, strategic planning, portfolio management, contract management and procurement management.�
