• Bachelor degree in either Architectural, Civil, Structural Engineering,
• Construction Management, or equivalent related discipline
• with a minimum of 20 years of construction experience, must have worked at the same capacity and handled complex building (residential! commercial) projects worth more than U.S. $200M each;
• must have working experience to latest construction technology and management;
• must have excellent leadership and communication skills;
• thorough knowledge of design and construction activities;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills necessary;
• should be well versed in theory of cost analysis, cost control and latest practical trends in the function;
• strong project financial acumen, very good English communication skills;
• and project management software skills.
• As Project Controls Manager,
o he will be involved in all aspects of Project Controls, Including Estimating,
o Scheduling,
o Cost Control,
o Contract Administration,
o and Progress Measurement ;
o maintain scope,
o schedule,
o and cost baselines;
o maintain the project specific control systems (document control, schedule control, cost control, and scope change control);
o establishing project specific work breakdown structures and cost codes for direct and indirect cost elements;
o transfer of cost estimate (project budget) to the cost control system;
o actual cost monitoring against the budgeted cost to identify areas of concern where improvement could be achieved through corrective actions;
o preparation of project cash flows; ensure timely and accurate cost forecasting and reporting;
o ensure timely and accurate progress measurement and reporting;
o assistance with the preparation of project monthly / periodic reports; assistance with the preparation of cost estimates;
o assistance with preparing and supporting cost and time claims;
o assistance with project scheduling where required.
