Business Analyst
Tasks:
Business and/or architectural expertise with regard to ensuring functional business requirements and process issues
are resolved using comprehensive enterprise applications solution sets. Duties could include the following:
• Work with senior managers to identify and solve functional area issues, design business area solutions, develop conceptual
business models, translate functional area business requirements into technical requirements, support the design and
implementation of the enterprise ERP application.
• Analyze the enterprise information system baseline and perform a “gap analysis” between the baseline, the user operational
requirements and the operating capability of enterprise application product sets.
• Establishes requirements associated with the “gap analysis” to develop enterprise wide systems that support organizational
goals and missions.
• Design and supervise development projects and verify delivered results. Undertake development work himself/herself when required
• Design and develop reports for management.
• Ensure development work follow departmental standards and guidelines.
• Provides work direction and guidance to other personnel; ensures accuracy of the work of other personnel, operates under
deadlines, able to work on multiple tasks.
