Job Description:

A leading manufacturing organization is 
looking for a Shift Team Leader to join their dynamic 
team in Bahrain. The successful candidate who has to 
work all shifts has to provide support for all 
production activities in a shift basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safety improvement.

• Support the operators to increase productivity.

• Participate to change Management activities.

• Give feedback to management team for process 
improvement.

• Experienced in manufacturing and lean activities.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor or Technical high school degree.

• At least five years of experience preferably in a 
manufacturing company in the GCC.

• Must be available to work all shifts.

• Must be Bahraini.
