Head of Operations and Quality Assurance, Oman
Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Head of Operations and Quality Assurance to join its dynamic team in Oman.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver world class standards of services to the customers.
• Ensure delivery of high standards of services to the end customers.
• Support new initiatives in order to enhance the growth of the bank.
• Demonstrate powerful leadership both in terms of behaviors and action.
• Standardize processing for all banking products and services and reduce work time for each transaction.
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent qualification in related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in heading Quality Assurance Department in a bank in the GCC.
