Job description
Monitor Kilns and Raw mills operations on a daily basis and guide operating staff towards trouble shooting to ensure smooth operation of the plant achieve optimum operational level Coordinate with maintenance to rectify defects and prepare PM schedules, maximizing availability of plant at maximum efficiency. Analyze plant stoppages to suggest remedial measures to avoid the reoccurrences Plan procurement of operational inventory to ensure their availability at optimal inventory costs Formulate and implement work procedures to improve understanding of jobs and performing them in most effective way.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , PG - CA Inter ( Chartered Accountant ).
•Should be capable of carrying out process engineering measurements andcalculations. •Capable of reading refractory drawings.
•English Language is essential.
•Computer literate.
