Job description
Role holders at this level have previous experience in most of the functions within the family. The primary role is to secure work continuity and to coordinate with other sections to secure proper work progress. Follows up the shift operations through the work instructions given by the Production superintendent to fill in gaps and ensure the continuity of work and smoothness of operations and also for technical issues. Implements work procedures to ensure activities alignment with production targets Records the functional problems to provide control over the shift activities Reports operational abnormalities to the maintenance department and follows up to ensure proper response and work continuity
Qualifications
Chemical Engineering. Degree/Diploma/ Science degree
Knowledge and understanding of operating manuals and production procedures within own production unit
