Project Director, Bahrain
Our client, a semi-government organization is looking for a Project Director to join its dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to manage project processes across different sectors of public policy, education, tourism, finance, industry, etc..
Responsibilities:
• Build and supervise project teams.
• Develop and implement training and development plans.
• Coordinate and manage external stakeholders and client relationships.
• Undertake meetings / events and interviews with high level stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years work experience in management of staff and projects of significance in the GCC, ideally Bahrain.
• Demonstrated experience in working with senior public sector officials and ministers in a complex organizational political environment.
