PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Ref. No. PMM/09)

Reporting to General Manager, the job holder will be responsible for the general maintenance and major repairs for the
companys commercial and residential properties. He will be in-charge for the operation and maintenance of Air-conditioning,
Electrical, Plumbing installations, Fire Alarm System, Central Battery System, Central Water Heating System, Security System
and Generator Set in all of the premises of the companys properties. To be considered for this position, the candidate should
be a graduate of a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. He should have at least 10 years
experience in the maintenance of services installations at high rise buildings. Knowledge in design and field installation of
air conditioning, plumbing and electrical system is preferable. The job holder should be computer literate as he has to deal
with BMS and microprocessor panels of most chillers and packaged units. Should be fluent in English, Arabic a distinct
advantage. *Experience in Automobile Industry and knowledge of Arabic is preferred for all positions. Applications (please
