Job Description CEO/MS: Chief Executive Officer, Kuwait
Our client, a leading Middle East based holding firm is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join its team in Kuwait. The Chief Executive Officer will lead the development and growth of the holding company to meet the objectives of the Board.
Responsibilities:
• Formulate strategies and policies, and create new approaches in adverse situations.
• Analyze complex policy issues, draw correct conclusions and articulate clear policies.
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the organization are effectively implemented.
• Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the education sector in Kuwait.
• Maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and training of staff.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, ideally MBA/ACCA/CIMA/ CA/CPA/ CFA.
• At least 7 years of similar experience in a holding company in the GCC, ideally prior experience within the education industry in order to position the company in the education sector.
