Relationship Manager – Personal Loans
•Promote the sales of personal loans in the allocated markets.
•Achieve sales targets agreed with Personal Loans Area Sales Manager.
•Provide sales MIS on a daily/ weekly basis.
•Conduct promotional activities, group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes, this is with respect to establishing company tie ups for selling personal loans.
•Manage achievement of sales objectives by setting sales targets for DSAs and evaluating progress & effective deployment of sales staff.
•Ensuring effective sales processes by developing & maintaining reporting/ tracking systems, anti-attrition processes & techniques & coaching staff where appropriate, designing & implementing sales training.
