Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a Head of

Transaction Banking to join their dynamic team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring and 

customizing Transaction banking (Tb) products and services to

provide solutions to customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor costs against budget highlighting any

variance to the department manager.

• Ensure that controls are built into the product delivery

process and adherence to guidelines set by internal/ external regulators. 

• Participate in units business and strategic plans discussions, including

annual planning and budgeting, analysis of customer and product profitability.

• Develop alternate delivery channels for product delivery and assist the

business teams with marketing initiatives.

• Initial product conceptualization with the front-end sales team, develop

related systems and operating procedures, on-going product/process re-engineering. 

• Take feedback from front-end teams to ensure customer needs are met through product solutions and provide input for product development, pricing / charges. 

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,

Economics, or relevant field.

• Extensive Banking experience with a track record in

Transaction Banking products and services in the GCC.

• Fluent in English as well as Arabic.

• GCC Nationals only.
