JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

*Candidate must have a minimum 4 years Senior Management experience.

*Experience in a broad range of food and beverage operations, this should also include quality assurance and the management of a multi racial workforce.

*Exposures to sales, marketing and tendering for different types of contracts. 

*Good Public relations with clients.
